gain 2kg after married.. fat increased badly.. huh ^_-

Bismillah..
Assalamualaikum..
hm.. no idea how to start.. but, yes. true.. xtahu macam mana cepat sgt badan ni naik lately.. kalau dlu, bfore kawen, berat just 43kg-44kg je.. maintain! fat plak around 24-25% ONLY. but now! 
my weight go for 46-47kg! and my fat, OMG.. really bad 28%!!! 
elleh.. sikit je tu ina.. org lain 50Kg 60Kg 100Kg xbising cam ko ponnnnnn.. haha.. do i care too much?? 
hm.. no! im herbalifer! not my weight or my fat haunted me.. my the point is HEALTH! i care too much bout my health.. and people around me.. ala. BEAUTY pon ye jgk.. ^_^ wanita mana xnak cantik.. cme skg cantik hanya utk si SUAMI sahaja.. why not im maintain my weight and my young body shape forever.. INSYAALLAH..

hm.. bila di pk balik, cara makan and healthy lifestyle lepas kawen mmg totally change! huuu.. skg cikina da tggal bersama mertuaku.. kat umah ni just tggal cikina, mak n ayah mertua je.. ABG n K.lini keje... so, bila tiba time makan.. xleh lewat.. haruslah cikina berada di atas kerusi di meja makan.... sume lauk pauk utk kami bertiga je.. lau xabis, confimla mak mertua kesanyang suruh abiskan.. ^_^ yela kan.. sape lg nak mkn? xkn nak buang.. membazir je.. time makan plak wajib 3 kali sehari.. NO excuse.. hee
WAH! thats one of the reason.. hee.. 
mmg sgt2 berbza dgn cara kat umah umi abah dulu.. breakfast tu umi sedia je.. nak makan bila2 pon xkesah.. and cikina mmg breakfast ngan shake je.. pkul 10, 11 camtu bru makan yg lbh berat.. masa makan pon xfix.. hee.. cme time famly ramai2 balik rumah, makan tghri biasanya ramai2 la.. lau x, hm.. ko lapar, ko makan la.. da besar kan? hee.. actually cikina mmg xske sgt rules.. sume bnda nk di kawal.. maybe sbb didikan umi abah xkawal anak2 kot.. they give us choices to do on our own.. make our own decision, but still on their eyes! hee.. they are great! hee.. 

so, biasalakan.. lain famly, lain caranya.. so, need to learn more n more.. ^_^ 
cme depend to your own way to make it better. utk jaga hati mertua.. cikina shake di awl pg and gtau nnti cikina breakfast after 2 to 3 hours then. * ok. kdg2 tergugat jgk tgk nasik dagang... hahahha.

kalau rumah k.ann mmg ada rules. time mkn kena mkn. smpingan tu ikot la. tp time mkn tu mesti bsama. fmily mama k.ann pun gitu jgk. hehe.
sama dgn rumah mak mtua na ye. bagus2. hehe.

kalau rules mama k.ann. tido kena dlm bilik. mama k.ann x brapa suka kalau org baring dpn tb. x senonoh gitu. keke. x elok/x shedap mata memandang. hehe. abe sokmo kena prambak masuk bilik kalau nk tido. keke.

loni pagi2 g jalan2 ngan mokayah mertua.. huu.. lagi la xbiasa jmpe kwn2 mereka.. segan gler.. hee.. i wish its gonna be ok soon.. INSYAALLAH..
